We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and even though digital goods can't technically be returned, you'll be glad to hear that we offer a generous 3-day refund window.
If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund. The day of purchase is counted as day 1, and the refund request must be made before the end of the third day.
We therefore advise that you choose your downloads carefully before purchase.
To complete your refund, we require your order number as proof of purchase.
Once your request is received and considered, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account. This may take up to 14 days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, the next step is to contact your credit card company and ask them; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanging an item
In some circumstances we may be able to offer you an exchange on your purchase. Please enquire within if you would like an exchange.
